Truck & Container Life Cycle Management
Tracks each truck and container from arrival, opening, partial loads, to final seal. Distinguishes between “empty”, “half filled”, “sealed” etc.
Photo Upload at Critical Points
Ensures photos are captured and uploaded for container opening, during loading (progress), at sealing. Provides audit trail.
Seal Management
Agent seals, DHS seals, their numbers, timestamps. Ensures no seal is missed or tampered with.
Warehouse Integration
Manages storage / warehouse status, loading or offloading between container ↔ truck ↔ warehouse. Ensures smooth movement.
Job Validation & Completion Workflow
Only when all steps are fulfilled (photos, seal numbers, bag counts, warehouse handovers etc.), the job can be closed. Provides clear status tracking.
User Roles & Permissions
DHS ensures secure and structured access using a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. Each user is assigned a role (Admin, Agent, Driver, Warehouse Manager, Viewer, etc.), which defines their access level and operational responsibilities.
